Premier Builder Floors began operations in 1995 under the ownership of Peter Faleski.  At the time, Peter was a 30 - year veteran of the floor covering industry.  The business was initially limited to the sales of carpet and vinyl flooring operating out of a small rented facility on Black River Road in Bethlehem, PA.  

 

By 2000, Premier's sales had grown dramatically.  Peter began planning to move the business to a larger quarters that would accommodate a customer showroom, office space and warehouse.  This led to the 2001 purchase of a property on Friedensville Road, just a short distance from the former location, which is now the business headquarters.  

 

By mid-2002, Premier was operating very successfully at it's new location.  Hardwood flooring and area rugs were added to the product offerings.

In 2003, Justin Snyder began working for Premier.  His background and expertise enabled Premier to add sales and installation of stone and porcelain/ceramic tile to their product lines.  

During the next several years, Premier continued to add new products and services.  Premier expanded into offerings of all flooring products and installation.  Premier also grew to accommodate retail and small commercial projects.  

 

In July 2011, Peter retired and Justin took over management of Premier.  Under his leadership, Premier has continued its longtime emphasis on providing superior service to the builders in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities.
