As our name suggests, Premier's sole focus is providing service to builders. We are not a retail establishment and our showroom is not open to the general public. Because we don't handle walk-in traffic, we are always available to serve the needs of our builder clients and their customers.
What we offer
  • Customized product selection. We'll work with you to provide a wide selection of products within your allowance, as well as upgrade options to appeal to your most discriminating customers.
  • Superior value at every price level. Our base grade carpet has a face weight and color selection typically offered as an upgrade, installed over 6 lb. pad (again, typically an upgrade.) Our standard hardwood is prefinished 3/4" x 2 1/4" solid oak flooring with an exclusive Scotchgard™ protective coating. Our standard builder ceramic package includes a collection of matching floor/wall tile combinations, including several porcelains, all at one low price.
  • Quality Installations. At Premier we adhere strictly to manufacturers’ installation guidelines. Hardwood is delivered prior to installation to ensure proper acclimation. All carpet installations are power-stretched. Following installation, waste materials are removed, carpeted areas are vacuumed, and floors are covered with appropriate protective materials.
  • Timely service. You won't miss closing dates. We'll let you know promptly if materials are backordered or delivery issues arise, and we'll suggest alternatives. We'll even offer upgrades at no extra charge to keep the project on schedule.
  • Displays and samples. Customized product displays for model homes and sales offices are available at no charge. Full size samples and deckboards are available to suit your space. Display racks and samples are provided and assembled by our staff. Product training for your sales staff is also available.
  • Credit terms. Premier offers discounts for prompt payment of current invoices. 90-day "same as cash" financing is available.

Experience counts

Peter Faleski, the owner and manager of Premier Builder Floors LLC, has more than 35 years of experience in the floor covering business. Since 1980, he has specialized in builder sales and developed a large network of contacts among suppliers and installers.. He devotes a great deal of time to face-to-face contact with builders and makes it a point to understand their needs and concerns. His extensive knowledge of the Lehigh Valley's geography, economy and political scene gives him a unique insight.

Ceramic sales manager Justin Snyder, has been in the floor covering business since 2001 working as an installer and manager. Justin began working for Premier in 2003 as a subcontractor. Two years later, he joined the sales staff. He currently serves the company as Ceramic Sales Manager. Justin’s expertise in ceramic tile has been instrumental in enabling Premier to expand in this area. Our tile division handles floor and wall tile installations as well as custom work including countertops, backsplashes, shower enclosures and natural stone areas.

Premier’s managers are present at every job site. They personally handle all measurements and inspections and provide oversight during the installation process. 

Premier’s experienced crews of professional installers are well-accustomed to the rigors of new construction work. Even when installation conditions are not ideal, we will work with our trade partners to solve whatever problems arise.





Portico® by Mohawk

Mohawk Industries' Portico® program is specially designed to serve the needs of homebuilders. The program offers special builder pricing, expanded warranties and a complete collection of floor coverings. Premier Builder Floors LLC is one of only three authorized Portico® dealers based in the Lehigh Valley. As a Portico dealer, Premier can provide numerous sales and marketing tools to assist builders in making impressive customer presentations.

Portico® by Mohawk encompasses the best styles from the Mohawk family of brands and provides aggressive warranty services that include 100 percent protection for the first year. All product offerings are private labeled and are not available in retail or box stores. Through the Portico® program, Mohawk actively works with homebuilders to reduce costs and improve the quality of its floor coverings.

Green building

Preserving the environment is a paramount concern among today's builders and homebuyers. Premier does its part by offering a large selection of environmentally friendly products and recycling office and construction waste materials. As an authorized Mohawk dealer, we can supply the builders we serve with specialized marketing materials from Mohawk's Greenworks program, such as DVDs and literature detailing the process of making flooring from recycled materials.
