Carpet

Premier Builder Floors offers a large selection of outstanding products from the Mohawk family of brands, including Aladdin, Horizon and WundaWeve.

Area Rugs

Premier Builder Floors offers a large selection of area rugs and runners. The Callaway Design Center by Milliken® features hundreds of pattern choices all made from 100% DuPont Stainmaster® nylon. Masland Carpets offers a collection of area rugs and runners made from 100% New Zealand wool.

Hardwood

Premier is proud to offer a beautiful collection of prefinished hardwood floors. Prefinished floors need no wax. The crystal hardness of the finish repels spills and abrasions with ease. Some styles have beveled edges which outline each board for a pleasing handcrafted look. Other styles have flush-fitting square edges for a smoother look. Vinyl

With superior spill resistance and ease of maintenance, no-wax vinyl flooring has always been an excellent value for kitchens, bathrooms, foyers and other high-traffic areas. Vinyl floors are available in 12 ft. widths, which means that areas such as large master baths and entrance foyers usually can be installed without seams. (If seams are necessary, Premier's installers strictly follow manufacturers' recommended procedures to cover and protect seamed areas during final home construction stages.)

Ceramic

Premier Builder Floors carries a complete line of tile products from one of the largest suppliers in the country: Daltile®. Through this partnership we are able to offer both standard and upgrade options in ceramic, porcelain, metal, glass, and natural stones. Patterns and decorative tiles are available to create custom installations. Premier has the tile to suit any application, including floors, walls, shower enclosures, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds or other areas.

Cork

Premier Builder Floors offers natural cork flooring installed at $5.95/sq.ft. Our standard cork package includes nine styles all at one price. This package includes natural colors as well as rich stains. Cork flooring is an environmentally friendly alternative to vinyl, tile or hardwood.

Benefits of Cork from Premier:

Our cork flooring can earn up to three points for LEED Certification.

Cork is harvested from the cork oak tree. The bark is harvested every 9 to 11 years. Shearing the bark allows the tree to remain alive and intact, and is actually beneficial for the tree.

All of our cork products have a wear layer with a baked acrylic finish, an HDF core, and an attached underlayment constructed from cork. All products include Microban to prevent mold and mildew growth. All locking edges are coated with paraffin joint shield to resist moisture. Our standard cork is a 1' X 3' plant style floating floor. Standard flooring has a 15-year wear and structural warranty. Upgrade options come with a lifetime wear and structural warranty.

Cork flooring does not require additional finishing or adhesives. Also, no additional underlayments are required over plywood subfloors.

Our cork flooring is naturally resistant to mold, mildew, and common pests. Cork is gentle underfoot with more resiliency to denting than hardwood. Cork is also naturally fire resistant and does not produce toxic emissions upon combustion.

Cork is a natural insulator for both heat and sound. This keeps the floor surface warmer than a ceramic floor and deadens sound from floor to floor.

Walking on cork is unlike walking on any other flooring. Cork has all the benefits of a durable, resilient hard surface, but feels more like walking on carpet than hardwood.

Bamboo

Harvested from the fastest growing plant on earth, bamboo flooring is renewable, recyclable and biodegradable, and earns up to 2 LEED points. Premier Builder Floors offers builder packages of bamboo flooring products starting at $5.95/sf. installed.

Our entry-level package includes solid 3" X 5/8" planks. This series is available in both vertical and horizontal patterns in a natural color or a spice stain.

Our standard bamboo package includes a large collection of both solid and engineered wide planks. Rich stains and hand-scraped selections are also available. The standard bamboo package, with its many options, is installed at approximately the same price as standard 2.25" oak hardwood.

Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on earth, providing a truly renewable resource. Bamboo is the second most eco-friendly floor, surpassed only by cork.

Our bamboo flooring is made from Moso bamboo, the ideal variety for flooring. The bamboo is harvested after 5 years of maturity for best performance. It does not require additional finishing.

Bamboo has a network of fibers that do not absorb moisture as easily as hardwood. The hardness of bamboo is comparable to oak. Our bamboo also has an advanced aluminum oxide coating for ease of cleaning and stain resistance, and carries a lifetime wear and structural warranty.

Specialty Products

DuraCeramic

DuraCeramic by Congoleum® is a limestone composite material available in either a tile or plank look. Because of its limestone construction, DuraCeramic is warmer and more comfortable underfoot than traditional ceramic tile. It can be installed as a floating application over most subfloors or can be adhered directly to approved subfloors. Popular applications include finished basements, foyers, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and anywhere else ceramic floor tile is appropriate.

Konecto™

Konecto™ by Metroflor® is a resillient, floating floor available in either a wood plank or tile form. Konecto's heavy duty vinyl construction allows for installation virtually anywhere in the home. It requires no messy adhesives and can be installed directly over most existing subfloors with no subfloor preparation. Konecto™ is an excellent alternative for damp areas such as basements, bathrooms, and laundry rooms where a wood look is desirable but not practical.

Carpet Tile

Carpet tile's unique characteristics allow it to be used in areas where broad loom carpet is not the optimal choice. To eliminate seams and reduce waste, our carpet tile is available in 24" X 24" modular tiles. These high performance tiles are rated for severe commercial traffic. In the event of damage, individual tiles are easily replaceable.

Laminate

All of Premier's laminate floors are locking and install without the use of glue. Laminates are durable, easy to clean and scratch-resistant. They are available in a wide variety of wood, tile and stone looks.
